Residents/taxpayers of PHILLIPS/AVON/MADRID have full and free borrowing privileges.
Non-resident borrowing fee is $5.00 per household per year..
All circulating items-books, magazines, audiobooks, AV materials, and videotapes are checked out for a two week period.
All items can be returned using the outside book deposit. There is a fine of ten cents per item per day for overdue items.
Overdue video fines are one dollar per day.

A free online reserach tool for Maine citizens
Thanks to the State of Maine, the University of Maine, and the Maine State Library, all Mainers have free access to high quality, subscription-only databases, and other resources through MARVEL!. This searchable collection of magazines, newspapers, journals, dictionaries, encyclopedias, images and other sources may be accessed at the library or remotely from home, school, or work! All you need is a computer with Internet access. (If you are using MARVEL! outside of the library, you will be prompted to enter your name, library affiliation and zip code.)
